Orca Capital’s second site is in the district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf in Berlin, directly on the Ku’damm. The roof terrace, which is part of the building, offers a magnificent view of the city. It is easy to reach the office, both by car and by public transport.

Individual workstation
We have a large trading room in our office in Pfaffenhofen and open-plan offices for the individual departments. Alongside this, there are side rooms for discussions or where you can hold telephone calls. Facilities to relax during breaks come in the form of the reading corner and a games room with tabletop football, table tennis, a pinball machine and projector.
Work behind the historical facade at the Berlin site is pleasant. Our office is on the 4th floor of the famous renovated Cumberland House, which was built in 1911/12 as an impressive “boarding palace” by the architect Robert Leibnitz (who was also the architect of the old “Hotel Adlon”).
All employees can arrange their own workstations in the office to suit their individual needs. Our in-house IT consultant will help you to select appropriate software and hardware, such as the optimum screen set-up. A decision is made together on how many screens the employee requires for his work and which resolution (4K, full HD, ultra HD) is the most suitable.
Every employee will be given an additional computer (desktop or laptop) and a second screen set-up for working from home so, there too, he can design his workstation as he wishes
Refreshments
The all-round wellbeing of our employees is very important to us. For this reason we provide beverages at no charge and a different meal at lunchtime every day. We are concerned that our employees eat balanced and healthy food. Once a week, our “in-house Italian caterer” prepares a special treat. Apart from this, we place orders with local restaurants. On Fridays, we serve traditional Bavarian white sausages.

Keep moving – don’t stand still and rust. Employees can choose the courses they themselves would like to attend. For several years now, we have worked with an external coach to devise tailored training courses that will help you to progress both professionally and personally.

Stock exchange clubs
Since 2018, Orca Capital is the premium partner of FNI (Finance Networks Ingolstadt). In addition, we regularly organize partner events for students who are interested in the stock market at the SBI (Ingolstadt students’ stock market club), ABV (Academic stock exchange association) Leipzig and the Berlin stock exchange group.

Our own beehives
Bees make an important contribution to the environment – and we make our own small one to preserve bees. This is why two beehives can be found directly in front of our office in Pfaffenhofen. Our employee Johanna is a trained beekeeper and looks after the wellbeing of the busy collectors of nectar. .
